A researcher who builds.
Oluwafemi Temidayo Greats, PhD. Working on intelligent systems and the conditions under which they get adopted.
Oluwafemi Greats is a researcher and venture builder working at the intersection of intelligent systems and the conditions for their adoption. His doctoral research, defended in MMXXVI at the University of the Cumberlands, argued that facilitating conditions function as a gating threshold for cybersecurity AI adoption in asymmetric-risk domains — a finding with concrete implications for how products in regulated industries should be designed.
Before the doctoral work, he spent five years building and operating venture infrastructure across NuWork Network and adjacent organizations. The pattern that emerged from that operating experience — that technically excellent products often fail at adoption for reasons orthogonal to their excellence — became the research question, then the dissertation, and is now the architectural thesis behind every venture he is currently building.
He currently divides his time between OBSIDIAN (predictive cybersecurity), the working papers extending the dissertation findings into clinical decision support, and the advisory work that brings the research into operating decisions for other founders. The visible result of all of it is here on this site.
